Guy M. Amato President & CEO
Guy Amato joined TMS Health in 2002 as Vice President and General Manager and subsequently assumed the roles of President and CEO. A two-decade veteran of pharmaceutical sales and marketing for companies such as Glaxo Wellcome and Wellpoint Health Networks, Guy brings a razor-sharp sensibility to the helm of TMS. An expert in DTC, professional and e-Business marketing principles, he has a broad grasp of the industry and remains on the cutting edge of this rapidly evolving business environment.

David Kerr Executive Vice President, Business Development & Strategy
David Kerr brings 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry to TMS Health combined with extensive experience developing business strategy and leading sales teams. AS Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, David’s responsibilities include leading TMS Health’s business development efforts, providing both customized and innovative solutions that support our client’s strategic objectives, and executive oversight of the marketing function.
Previously, David served as senior vice president of Business Development at PDI, a contract sales and commercial services organization, where he was responsible for leading business development and strategy efforts for the commercial success of the organization’s outsource contract sales business. Prior to that, David held several senior management and leadership positions at pharmaceutical organizations such as Dupont, Abbott and Endo Pharmaceuticals where he was responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing operations, portfolio planning, strategic marketing, contracting and pricing. David received a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Delaware.

Anne Dieffenbacher Executive Vice President of Client Services and Operations
Anne joined TMS Health’s business development department in 2000 and was responsible for healthcare and pharmaceutical teleservices sales efforts. In 2004, Anne was promoted to SVP, Client Services after acting as VP of Client Services for three years before being promoted to EVP of Client services & Operations in 2007. In her role, Anne is responsible for managing TMS Client Services Management, Operations and Training & Quality for both the Boca Raton and Johnstown contact centers. Anne is responsible for managing all call center program operations, including staffing, productivity and ensuring that client and internal goals are met. Prior to joining TMS, she was Vice President, Client Services for Telerx’s Medical Marketing Services Division. In that position, she was responsible for the implementation, execution and overall management of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare programs. Anne also spent time at ICT. Anne’s 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical call center arena brings high value to both the organization and our clients. Her expertise combined with a can-do attitude makes Anne an invaluable responsive partner. Anne earned her Bachelor of Science from the Philadelphia University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Adam Robbins Director of Information Technology
As Director of Information Technology, Adam Robins is responsible for leading TMS Health’s IT organization, including client solutions development, technology architecture, infrastructure management, and support services. Adam brings over 25 years of technology and contact center expertise to TMS Health, having previously for service providers in the pharmaceutical, managed care and teleservices industries such as PharmaCentra, TelePerformance, and TeleSpectrum Worldwide.
Adam holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Florida. He is also certified by the Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals as a Certified Computing Professional.

David Popp Director of Regulatory Compliance
David Popp serves as TMS Health’s Director of Regulatory Compliance where he is responsible for ensuring that TMS health operations and its employees conform to regulatory rules and requirements as well as adherence to our quality policies and procedures. He is also responsible for TMS Health’s Quality Management Plan.
David brings over 11 years of manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs experience to TMS Health. Throughout his career he has performed a large volume of training, testing, regulatory affairs and project management, and audit functions. He has also written and verified SOPs and validation protocols, supported all functions of GMP manufacturing and quality control, and managed all aspects of a GLP laboratory.
David holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Texas.
