Guy M. Amato President & CEO
Guy Amato joined TMS Health in 2002 as Vice President and General Manager and subsequently assumed the roles of President and CEO. A two-decade veteran of pharmaceutical sales and marketing for companies such as Glaxo Wellcome and Wellpoint Health Networks, Guy brings a razor-sharp sensibility to the helm of TMS. An expert in DTC, professional and e-Business marketing principles, he has a broad grasp of the industry and remains on the cutting edge of this rapidly evolving business environment.

Ron Abel Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing
Ron brings 20 years of industry experience in contact center strategies and solutions. Ron spent 17 years at Telerx, serving in various capacities from VP of Finance, Senior VP of Operations, and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He built a specialized practice in high-touch customer care serving pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech and consumer packaged goods companies. Ron is a CPA and spent 6 years at KPMG before entering the teleservice industry.

Anne Dieffenbacher Executive Vice President of Client Services and Operations
Anne joined TMS Health’s business development department in 2000 and was responsible for healthcare and pharmaceutical teleservices sales efforts. In 2004, Anne was promoted to SVP, Client Services after acting as VP of Client Services for three years before being promoted to EVP of Client services & Operations in 2007. In her role, Anne is responsible for managing TMS Client Services Management, Operations and Training & Quality for both the Boca Raton and Johnstown contact centers. Anne is responsible for managing all call center program operations, including staffing, productivity and ensuring that client and internal goals are met. Prior to joining TMS, she was Vice President, Client Services for Telerx’s Medical Marketing Services Division. In that position, she was responsible for the implementation, execution and overall management of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare programs. Anne also spent time at ICT. Anne’s 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical call center arena brings high value to both the organization and our clients. Her expertise combined with a can-do attitude makes Anne an invaluable responsive partner. Anne earned her Bachelor of Science from the Philadelphia University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Marcellus Foulke CIO
Marc has over 17 years of information technology and call center technology experience. Marc worked for 15 years at Telerx, most recently serving as VP of New Technology. Marc managed infrastructure, internal business systems and technology development. He is highly regarded as a mentor for his team and as true partner to his clients. A creative problem solver, Marc was responsible for several award-winning industry innovations in the customer care/customer service arena. Marc has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Norwich University.
