TMS Health Announces New Senior Vice President of Business Development to Head Consumer Affairs and Customer Care Division

April 1, 2008 Boca Raton, FL - Mike Ebhardt has joined TMS Health as Senior Vice President of Business Development and will head sales initiatives in TMS Health's Consumer Affairs and Customer Care Division - TMS Customer Care.

With over 15 years Teleservice experience in Operations, IT, Client Services and eleven years in Sales, Mike brings direct experience having helped establish the Telerx Healthcare Business Unit.

"Mike brings the best of all worlds to the table. He understands the marketplace, the needs of the customer and how to truly differentiate services and solutions for clients," says Ron Abel, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Mike began his teleservice career with an entrepreneurial startup, Unitel, managing contact center operations and working to build the company from less than 50 seats, to over 1,000.

Moving to a Sales and Marketing role, Mike was instrumental in fueling the growth of CyberRep from less than 1M to over 70M in annual revenues and helped to establish Customer Service, Telecommunications, Technology, Utility and Insurance verticals for the company.

For the past several years at Telerx, Mike has been successfully developing strategic and tactical solutions for fortune 50 clients in the highly regulated pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
